Ice Cream

To make our ice cream we take the whole milk from our herd of Guernsey cows and mix it with double cream; we then add the very finest ingredients imaginable to create a truly indulgent finished taste. The way we do things may cost more but it’s vital to remain true to our unique taste. We don’t add extra air into the mix ensuring that we get a thicker texture and more intense flavours. Our ingredients are wholesome and natural, from chunky pieces of Chinese stem ginger to big fat Italian Amarena Cherries- which make for very happy taste buds!

Over the last 30 years we would like to think we’ve got pretty darn good at making ice cream and have come up with over 25 different concoctions, let us know if you have any suggestions- we’re always looking for new ideas.

Diabetic Options

It would be a cruel world if you couldn’t enjoy ice cream so we have come up with two re-works of our classic flavours, Vanilla & Strawberry. The difference between the normal ice cream and Diabetic is that we use Fructose and Polydextrose instead of sugar to sweeten the flavours. We also put half the amount of cream into the mix which lowers the fat content.

Liquorice & Blackcurrant

Jewels of blackcurrant and subtle liquorice ripple swirl through creamy ice cream in a mottled awesome combination of flavours. Dark aniseed richness combines with the juiciest blackcurrant tingle.

Clotted Cream

Mint Chocolate Chip

The heady scent of mint blends so naturally with delicate nuggets of dark chocolate and our fresh Guernsey enriched milk and cream to give a crisp fresh taste and vibrant mint colour. One of our top five bestsellers.


Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar goes hand in glove with our Guernsey enriched milk and cream and gives a colour, flavour and texture that is perfectly balanced. Our number one bestselling flavour.

Rum and Raisin

We use Brymor rum and juicy raisins, the intensity of rum blends with our creamy milk to give an amazing flavour with succulent raisin surprises. A bestseller.


Our cocoa carefully crafted in Italy which gives our chocolate ice cream its chocolaty velvet richness and combined with our Guernsey milk and cream, it's amazingly indulgent experience. One of our top three selling flavours.


It’s the river of white chocolate sauce that runs through our dark chocolate ice cream in a Wonka style that makes this a bitter sweet chocolate-lovers dream. A creamy dreamy double chocolate ice cream.

Fudge Brownie

Gooey chocolate brownie swirls through our Madagascan vanilla ice cream, made with vanilla and Belgium chocolate fudges pieces, this a devilishly naughty but nice treat that just oozes flavour.

Black Cherry Whim Wham
