To make our ice cream we take the whole milk from our very own herd of Guernsey cows and mix it with double cream; we then add the very finest ingredients to create a truly indulgent finished taste. We don’t add extra air into the mix ensuring that we get a thicker texture and more intense flavours. We source wholesome, natural ingredients, from chunky pieces of Chinese stem ginger to big fat Italian Amarena Cherries.
Over the last 30 years we would like to think we’ve got pretty darn good at making ice cream and have come up with over 30 different flavours and we are always creating new flavours to keep you coming back for more. All our ice cream is gluten free too.
