Brymor is in the very heart of the stunning Yorkshire Dales and there's so much to see and do in the local area. We have to start with the stunning Jervaulx Abbey just a stone's throw from our parlour. You can leave your car in our car park and explore some of the beautiful walks right from our door. Enjoy a well-earned ice cream or some freshly home-cooked food from our cafe menu.

Aysgarth Falls

Perfectly situated to visit the superb waterfalls on the River Ure, the National Park Centre can also point you in the direction of other lovely walks in the area taking in the surrounding woods or heading up to the lovely villages of Carperby or Aysgarth. Next to the Centre is the Coppice Café which serves a great selection of drinks and meals largely made with locally-sourced ingredients.

Black Sheep Brewery

Most people will have heard of the famous Black Sheep Brewery in Masham, here you can sample some of their iconic ales including the original Black Sheep Ale & Riggwelter. You can tour the brewery to see the production process from start to finish they also have a great cafe, shop and of course a bar!

Wensleydale Dairy Visitor Centre

The home of Wallace & Grommit and of course the iconic Wensleydale cheese we all know and love. Nestled into the rolling hills deep in the heart of the Dales National Park, the visitor centre at the dairy tells the story of cheese production from cow to plate. There a lovely cafe serving home-cooked food and a gift shop so you can stock up on cheese before you leave. They have regular cheese and butter making demonstrations and it’s a great afternoon out for the whole family.
