We take the whole milk from our very own herd of Guernsey cows and mix with double cream; we then add the very best ingredients to create a truly indulgent real dairy ice cream. We whisk in just the right amount of air into the mix ensuring that we achieve the perfect texture more intense flavour. So if you are a true chocoholic, a sucker for Amarena Cherries or yearn for the old fashioned real vanilla ice cream your remember from when you were a child we have a flavour just perfect for everyone. We even have one for the real ale lovers amongst us - how about our Black Sheep Riggwelter Raisin Ripple? There's a barrel in every batch.
